Course Overview:

Welcome to Be the Change!

This class is an opportunity for you to pursue something that interests you.  Take your Passion Project as a learning experience, not just a grade.  Your success will suffer if you do not sincerely pursue an interest of yours.

1.  Choose a topic that you are passionate about.
2.  Pursue the topic for 7 weeks with the aim of improving our school, our community, or the world around you.
3.  Set goals so you can measure your progress.  Monitor your progress using your blog. (Blogger.com)
4.  Find resources on your topic to inform your approach.  At least 25% of your time should be spent learning from these resources.
5.  Create a final product.
6.  Present your product to the class during week 7.
